Ridge Fitness' Indoor Cycling program is fun and focused. High intensity cycling focuses on interval work with short bouts of steady state heart rate.

Power Vinyasa
Come flex your mental and physical muscles at Ridge Fitness Power Yoga! A 1-hour Baptiste Style Vinyasa Class that will help center your mind after those crazy work days and tone your tush. Baptiste flow incorporates deep breathing, Vinyasa or flowing movement, building heat (in other words, sweating) and finding new mental and physical edges. It's a great workout and a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

Every‐body's Boot‐Camp
The Boot‐Camp Classes at Ridge Fitness are designed for people of all fitness levels. As hard or as low impact as you want it, the Boot‐Camp classes are designed for semi‐private instruction. This allows individuals to work around a specific injury or address a certain goal. The Class is a full body workout with cardio intervals mixed in, come try it out.

Full Body Resistance
A full body workout using aerobic steps and barbells. This class uses low weights and high repetitions to tone and shape your entire body. All levels welcome and best of all you'll leave class feeling motivated and challenged!!!!

MMA Fitness Boot-Camp
Hello, my name is Kiel McDougall. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer and have been training in the martial arts for over 22 years. After competing professionally in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, I sought to share my love for fitness and fighting with the world. For the last 8 years I have been helping literally hundreds of people from Washington to Chicago to Maine of all ages and all walks of life use martial arts techniques to get into FANTASTIC shape. I am very excited to bring a new kind of class to Ridge Fitness, one that uses the fundamental techniques of boxing, kick boxing, wrestling and jiu jitsu as well as classic functional anatomy-based strength and conditioning exercises. We all know that working out is good for our bodies - this class is also good for your BRAIN! Come challenge your core, glutes, heart, lungs, mind and spirit in an action packed class that will teach you practical and powerful ways to move your body. No experience necessary, and all ages are welcome. You're never too old or too young to start learning something new! First class is Monday October 10th at 6pm at the Ridge Fitness North Campus.
